115C Official seal
(1)
The official seal of Safe Transport Victoria must—
(a)
be kept in such custody as Safe Transport Victoria directs; and
(b)
not be used except as authorised by Safe Transport Victoria.
(2)
All courts must take judicial notice of the official seal of Safe Transport Victoria affixed to any document.
