Object of the Chief Investigator, Transport Safety

In force

The object of the Chief Investigator, Transport Safety is to seek to improve transport safety by—

(a)

providing for the independent no-blame investigation of transport safety matters consistent with the vision statement and the transport system objectives; and

(b)

liaising collaboratively with the Australian Transport Safety Bureau.
