Linking Melbourne Authority abolished

In force

On the first commencement day—

(a)

the Linking Melbourne Authority is abolished; and

(b)

all property, rights and liabilities of the Linking Melbourne Authority immediately before its abolition become property, rights and liabilities of the Crown.
