314 Definition
In this Division—
specified Act means—
(a)
the Accident Towing Services Act 2007; or
(b)
the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application Act 2013; or
(c)
the Road Management Act 2004; or
(d)
the Road Safety Act 1986; or
(e)
the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983.
