64PB Financial reports
The requirements in this section are in addition to any other requirements under this Act or the Financial Management Act 1994.
The Head, Transport for Victoria must provide a monthly financial report to the Department to support the financial reporting obligations imposed on the Secretary.
A monthly financial report—
must contain the matters required by the Secretary; and
may contain any other information that the Head, Transport for Victoria considers appropriate.
The Secretary may, if the Secretary considers it reasonable to do so, request the Head, Transport for Victoria to provide a financial report to the Department containing the matters required by the Secretary at any other time during the year.
