Minister may issue directions to Triple Zero Victoria

(1)

The Minister may issue written directions to Triple Zero Victoria in relation to the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers.

(2)

The Minister must ensure any direction issued under subsection (1) is published in the Government Gazette.

(3)

Within 14 days after a direction is issued to Triple Zero Victoria under subsection (1), the Chief Executive Officer must ensure a copy of the direction is published on Triple Zero Victoria's website.
