Terms and conditions of appointment

In force

(1)

A member of the Board—

(a)

is to be appointed for the period, not exceeding 3 years, specified in the Order; and

(b)

is eligible for reappointment; and

(c)

must not hold office for more than 2 consecutive terms; and

(d)

is entitled to remuneration and any travelling and other allowances that are fixed by the Governor in Council from time to time.

The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to a member in respect of the office of a member.
