31 Delegation by the Board
The Board, by instrument, may delegate any of its functions or powers under this Act, other than this power of delegation, to—
(a)
an employee of Triple Zero Victoria; or
(b)
a person engaged to provide services to Triple Zero Victoria; or
(c)
an employee of a specified emergency services organisation.
