57 Observer of the Operational Committee
(1)
The Operational Committee also consists of the following persons as observers—
(a)
the Inspector-General for Emergency Management;
(b)
the Chief Executive Officer of Life Saving Victoria;
(c)
the Chief Executive Officer of Safer Care Victoria.
(2)
An observer is not a member of the Operational Committee and is not entitled to vote.
(3)
An observer appointed under this section—
(a)
is not entitled to remuneration; and
(b)
is entitled to any travelling allowances determined by the Board.
