58 Quorum of the Operational Committee
The quorum for a meeting of the Operational Committee—
(a)
is a majority of the number of members of the Operational Committee for the time being; and
(b)
must be comprised of 4 members appointed under section 52(1)(e), (f), (g), (h) or (i).
