29 Court may summon witnesses
The Magistrates' Court shall issue witness summonses for the attendance of any necessary witnesses, and in reference to such witnesses and the said jurors shall have the like and the same powers to punish any neglect to attend or refusal to be sworn or affirmed or to give evidence or any other contempt as are possessed by the County Court or a Judge of the County Court.
