51 Reasons for determinations of panel or Board
S. 51(1) amended by No. 103/2003 s. 67(Sch.).
(1)
A panel must give reasons for a determination made under this Part to the person who was the subject of the determination within 28 days after the making of the determination.
(2)
A person affected by a determination of a panel may apply to the panel for the reasons for that determination.
(3)
An application under subsection (2) must be made within 45 days after the making of the determination and reasons must be given to the applicant within 45 days of receiving the application.
