54 Terms and conditions of appointment of panel members
A member of a panel, whether appointed by the Board or the Governor in Council, is appointed on the terms and conditions determined by the Board for that member.

A member of a panel, other than a member who is an employee of the public service within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004, is entitled to receive the fees that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council for members of panels.
A member of a panel is entitled to receive the allowances that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council.
In fixing fees under subsection (2), the Governor in Council may fix different fees for different classes of cases.
