13 Trust first constituted
The first meeting of the Trust shall be held at such time and place as is fixed by the Chairman.
The Trust shall be deemed to have been duly constituted on the day on which this Act comes into operation.
For the purposes of this Act the Trust may from time to time—

establish any sub-committees it considers necessary and define the constitution and functions of each sub-committee so established;

appoint any two or more of its members and any other person or persons with specialist expertise to be a sub-committee of the Trust;

determine the procedure of each sub-committee;
S. 13(3)(ba) inserted by No. 34/2000 s. 13(b).
change the constitution or functions of a sub-committee;
impose any limitations or restrictions it thinks fit upon any such sub-committee;

dissolve a sub-committee.
The Trust shall meet at least four times in each calendar year.
