13A Delegation
(1)
The Trust may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate any of its functions or powers (except this power of delegation or the power to make by-laws) to—
(a)
the members constituting a sub-committee of the Trust; or
(b)
a member of the Trust; or
(c)
the chief executive officer of the Trust; or
(d)
an employee of the Trust.
(2)
A delegation under subsection (1) may be made to a specified person or class of persons referred to in that subsection.
