15 Staff
(1)
Any employees that are necessary for the purposes of performing the functions of the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004.
(2)
The Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff of a Department, statutory authority or other public body.
