16 Contractors
(1)
The Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority may engage persons with suitable qualifications or experience to assist the Authority in performing its functions or exercising its powers.
(2)
An engagement under this section may be on any terms and conditions the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority considers appropriate.
