20 Who is a children's service worker?
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), each of the following is a children's service worker—
(a)
a children's service nominated supervisor;
(b)
a children's service staff member;
(c)
a volunteer at a children's service;
(d)
a student on practicum placement at a children's service.
(2)
A children's service worker does not include a person referred to in subsection (1) who is a prescribed person or a person in a prescribed class of persons.
