21 Who is an education and care service worker?
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), each of the following is an education and care service worker—
(a)
an education and care service nominated supervisor;
(b)
an education and care service staff member;
(c)
a volunteer at an education and care service;
(d)
a student on practicum placement at an education and care service.
(2)
An education and care service worker does not include a person referred to in subsection (1) who is a prescribed person or a person in a prescribed class of persons.
