31 Unauthorised access to Victorian Early Childhood Worker Register
A person must not access the Victorian Early Childhood Worker Register unless the person is an authorised person.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
