5 Establishment of Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority
(1)
The Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority is established.
(2)
The Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority is constituted by the Early Childhood Regulator.
(3)
The Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority—
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession;
(b)
has an official seal;
(c)
may sue and be sued;
(d)
may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property;
(e)
may do and suffer all acts and things that a body corporate may by law do or suffer.
