6 Official seal
(1)
The official seal of the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority must—
(a)
be kept in custody as directed by the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority; and
(b)
not be used except as authorised by the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority.
(2)
All courts must take judicial notice of the seal of the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority affixed to a document and, until the contrary is proved, must presume that it was duly affixed.
