23A Chief executive officer
(1)
There is to be a chief executive officer of the Commission, appointed by the Commission in consultation with the Minister.
(2)
The chief executive officer is responsible to the Commission for the day-to-day management and administration of the affairs of the Commission.
(3)
The chief executive officer must not be a commissioner.
