Part 7Transitional provisions for Casino and Liquor Legislation Amendment Act 2022
53 Commissioners
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a person who was a commissioner immediately before the commencement of section 36 of the amending Act continues in office as a commissioner on and after that commencement in accordance with the person's instrument of appointment.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has been appointed as a member of the Liquor Commission before the commencement of section 36 of the amending Act.
