12 Constitution of the board
(1)
The board consists of—
(a)
a chairperson; and
(b)
a deputy chairperson; and
(c)
not less than 3, and not more than 5, other directors.
(2)
One of the chairperson, deputy chairperson or other directors must have, in the opinion of the Minister, substantial experience or knowledge of local government.
