48 Transfer of property etc. from superseded Authority to Victorian Planning Authority
On the commencement day—
(a)
the superseded Authority is abolished and its members go out of office; and
(b)
the Authority is the successor in law of the superseded Authority; and
(c)
all rights, property and liabilities of the superseded Authority immediately before its abolition become rights, property and liabilities of the Authority; and
(d)
the Authority is substituted as a party in any proceeding, agreement or arrangement commenced or made by or against or in relation to the superseded Authority; and
(e)
the Authority may continue and complete any other continuing matter or thing commenced or against or in relation to the superseded Authority.
