16 Penalties
Where no other penalty is expressly provided, a person or body who is guilty of an offence against this Act shall be liable—

(a)
in the case of an organization to a fine of not more than 50 penalty units; and
S. 16(b) amended by No. 9554 s. 2(2)(Sch. 2 item 360).
(b)
in the case of a person not being an organization to a fine of not more than 10 penalty units.
