22D Consultative committee—Sustainable Water Strategy
The Minister must appoint a consultative committee to advise the Minister on—
the preparation of each Sustainable Water Strategy; and

the matters the strategy must provide for under section 22C(1), (3) and (4); and
any other matter requested by the Minister relating to the preparation of the Strategy.

The Minister must make sure that, so far as is possible, the membership consists of—
persons who have knowledge or experience in the matters to be covered in a Sustainable Water Strategy; and
at least one Aboriginal person residing in Victoria who has knowledge or experience in the matters to be covered in a Sustainable Water Strategy.
