304 Service of documents on an Authority

(1)
Any document required or permitted to be served on an Authority may be served—
(a)
by being left at its principal office with a person authorised in writing by the Authority to accept service of documents on behalf of the Authority; or
(b)
by sending it by certified mail addressed to the managing director at the principal office of the Authority.
(2)
The provisions of this section are additional to and do not take away from the provisions of any rules of court concerning service of documents.
