64FJ Determination of maximum rate of take
The maximum rate of take determined under a declaration under section 64FI(1) may be either or both of the following—
(a)
a maximum rate that water can be taken on a daily basis;
(b)
a maximum rate that water can be taken over any period determined by the Minister.
