64FL Process before making maximum rate of take declaration
If the Minister proposes to make a maximum rate of take declaration the Minister must—
(a)
at least 28 days before making the declaration, cause notice of the proposal to be published on the Department's Internet site; and
(b)
require the Authority responsible for the area to which the proposed declaration will apply, at least 28 days before the Minister makes the declaration, to publish notice of the proposal on the Authority's Internet site.
