84AAO Payment to land manager of portion of application fee
The Minister must pay to a land manager that considers an application in accordance with this Part, a proportion (determined by the Minister) of the application fee paid to the Minister for that application.
The proportion must represent a land manager's reasonable costs in considering an application of that kind.
A land manager must provide to the Minister any information that the Minister requests for the purposes of subsection (2).
