68 Powers of certain bodies extended
A Minister, a Department Head, a public authority or a Council is taken to have any powers that are necessary to enable the Minister, the Department Head, the public authority or the Council—
(a)
to comply with any direction under or requirement of this Act or the regulations; or
(b)
to do any other thing that is necessary or convenient to be done for the purposes of the West Gate Tunnel Project.
