69 Emergency management
(1)
The West Gate Tunnel Corporation is taken to be a government agency for the purposes of Part 5 of the Emergency Management Act 1986.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not prevent the West Gate Tunnel Corporation from receiving compensation under section 24 of the Emergency Management Act 1986 for the taking and use of the West Gate Tunnel Corporation's property under that section.
