Payments into the Fund

In force

There must be paid into the Better Freight Outcomes Fund—

(a)

all money directed or authorised to be paid into the Fund by or under this or any other Act; and

(b)

all infringement penalties and penalty reminder notice fees that have been paid in relation to an infringement notice issued in respect of an offence against section 65BA(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986.
