76 Payments out of the Fund
There must be paid out of the Better Freight Outcomes Fund—
amounts authorised by the Minister in consultation with the Treasurer to fund the cost of all or any of—
transport programs for any local community the Minister considers may be affected by increased use of roads by heavy vehicles as a result of the West Gate Tunnel project; and
transport projects for any local community the Minister considers may be affected by increased use of roads by heavy vehicles as a result of the West Gate Tunnel project; and
all money directed or authorised to be paid out of the Fund by or under this or any other Act; and
amounts authorised by the Minister to fund the cost of administering the Better Freight Outcomes Fund.
