21D Court may order separate representation of person lacking testamentary capacity
(1)
The Court, if it considers it appropriate to do so, may—
(a)
order that a person on whose behalf a will is proposed to be made or revoked under section 21 be separately represented;
(b)
make any order it considers necessary to secure that representation.
(2)
An order under subsection (1) may be made—
(a)
on the Court's own motion; or
(b)
on the application of any person entitled to be heard in a proceeding under this Division.
