22 Hearing an application for an order
In considering an application for an order under section 21—
S. 22(1)(a) amended by No. 80/2014 s. 29(1).
the Court may have regard to any information given to the Court under section 21A; and
the Court may inform itself of any other matter in any manner it sees fit; and
the Court is not bound by the rules of evidence.

Nothing in subsection (1) prevents the application of Part 3.10 of the Evidence Act 2008 to an application under section 21.

In making an order under section 21, the Court may make any necessary related orders or directions.
S. 23 repealed by No. 80/2014 s. 30.
