126 Offence to use false or other person's WWC clearance
A person must not use in connection with the person's work, or an application for work—
(a)
a document purporting to be a WWC clearance knowing that the document is false within the meaning of section 83A(6) of the Crimes Act 1958; or
(b)
a document purporting to be a WWC clearance given to the person knowing that the document is a WWC clearance given to another person.
- Level 7 imprisonment (2 years maximum) or a level 7 fine (240 penalty units maximum) or both.
