Notification requirements of holder of WWC exclusion or interim WWC exclusion

In force

If a WWC exclusion or an interim WWC exclusion is given to a person, that person must, within 7 days after being given the exclusion, give notice in writing of that exclusion—

(a)

to any person by whom they are engaged in child-related work; and

(b)

to any agency with which they are listed.

Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).

Listed with an agency is defined in section 3(2).
