147 Giving of notices
If by or under this Act a notice, or a copy of a notice, is required or permitted to be given by the Regulator to a person, the notice may, unless the contrary intention appears, be given to the person—
by delivering it personally to the person; or
by leaving it at the person's usual or last known place of residence or business with a person apparently over the age of 16 years and apparently residing there or (in the case of a place of business) apparently in charge of, or employed at, that place; or
by sending it by post addressed to the person at the person's usual or last known place of residence or business; or
by sending it by electronic communication to the person at the person's usual or last known electronic address.
