20 Applicant for NDIS check must be verified by NDIS Commission

The Regulator must not consider an application for an NDIS check unless the NDIS Commission verifies that the applicant has been or will be employed or engaged in a risk assessed role, and notifies the Regulator.

(2)
If the NDIS Commission does not provide a notification under subsection (1), the Regulator must not consider the application further and must treat the application as withdrawn.
