22 Regulator must treat application for NDIS check as withdrawn if applicant fails to provide information

(1)
The Regulator must treat an application for an NDIS check as having been withdrawn if the applicant does not provide any information required under section 15(5) or 18(3) within the period required under that section.

(2)
Despite an application being treated as withdrawn under this section, the Regulator may, if the information referred to in subsection (1) is provided, reinstate the application as if it were an application under section 15.
