50 Revocation of NDIS clearance on failure to respond to notice

The Regulator must revoke an NDIS clearance if the person who holds that NDIS clearance does not make a submission in response to a notice given to the person under section 47(1) within the period specified under section 47(2) or 47(3) unless the person notifies the Regulator that the person does not want to make a submission.

If the Regulator revokes a person's NDIS clearance under subsection (1), the Regulator must give the person an NDIS exclusion.

The Regulator must notify the person whose NDIS clearance has been revoked under subsection (1) as soon as possible after the revocation of the clearance.
