51 Revocation of NDIS clearance after completing re‑assessment

If the Regulator revokes a person's NDIS clearance under section 42, 44 or 46, the Regulator must give the person an NDIS exclusion.

If the Regulator revokes a person's NDIS clearance, the Regulator must give the person a written notice that—
states the reasons for revoking the person's NDIS clearance; and
informs the person that the person has been given an NDIS exclusion; and
informs the person that the person may apply for internal review of the decision to revoke the clearance and that, following internal review, the person may apply to VCAT.
