Review of interim bar

In force

Unless an interim bar is no longer in force, the Regulator must review the decision to place an interim bar on an applicant for a WWC check—

(a)

6 months after the day on which the interim bar comes into force; and

(b)

at least once every 3 months after the review under paragraph (a).
