Withdrawal of interim bar

In force

(1)

The Regulator may withdraw an interim bar at any time.

(2)

As soon as practicable after withdrawing an interim bar under subsection (1), the Regulator must give the following persons notice in writing of the withdrawal—

(a)

the person on whom the interim bar is placed;

(b)

any person engaging that person in child-related work;

(c)

any agency listing the person for child‑related work.
