14 Stay of Regulator decision—VCAT application made under section 171(2) of the Act

This regulation applies to an application referred to in section 171(2) of the Act.
(2)
Without limiting section 171(4) of the Act, section 106(5) of the Act continues to apply to the application as if a reference to "Secretary" is taken to include a reference to "Regulator".
