28 Removal from office
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may remove the Commissioner from office on any of the following grounds—
(a)
neglect of the Commissioner in carrying out the duties of the office;
(b)
misconduct by the Commissioner in carrying out the duties of the office;
(c)
inability of the Commissioner to perform the duties of the office;
(d)
a conflict of interest of the Commissioner when carrying out the duties of the office;
(e)
the Commissioner engaging in paid employment outside of the duties of the office without the consent of the Minister.
