S. 79(1) substituted by No. 35/2025 s. 33(1).
The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to—
prescribing workplace entitlements matters for the purposes of section 20(1)(ha); and
S. 79(1)(ab) inserted by No. 35/2025 s. 39.
prescribing construction or classes of construction for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of public construction, including any matter relating to the construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, alteration, extension or demolition of any improvements on land; and
prescribing, generally, any other matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.

The regulations—
may be of general or of specially limited application; and
may differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance; and
may confer a discretionary authority, or impose a duty, on a specified person or body or class of person or body.
